Meet our Managing Director EMEA, Bas Kamermans. Since January 2021, Bas has been the driving force behind building and establishing the brand that Fieldpiece is today with a lot of passion, enthusiasm, and honor. His favorite thing about Fieldpiece? The tools that are truly made to benefit the HVACR technician.

Meet our Sales Manager EMEA, Arne Kooloos. Since 2021, Arne has been a part of the Fieldpiece team with a wealth of experience and enthusiasm. Before Fieldpiece, Arne worked in the technical/commercial sector in an international environment. Contributing to the growth and brand awareness has been one of Arne’s favorite things about working for Fieldpiece, and building relationships with everyone in the HVACR industry.

Meet our Marketing Communications Specialist, Zara Konstapel. She's been with Fieldpiece since July 2022, initially joining as a marketing intern and quickly discovered her passion for communications. Her main role involves devising content that aligns with Fieldpiece's mission. With a background in professional international sports, Zara embodies Fieldpiece's philosophy of passion and determination. And her goal? Elevate Fieldpiece’s presence in the EMEA region through written and visual content.

Meet our Regional Sales Manager EMEA - Nordics. Since May 2024, Kim has been a part of the Fieldpiece team. With a background of being a technician (HVACR & Electrical), this industry and the Fieldpiece were nothing new to Kim. Now he's excited to make every technician's life easier, faster, and better as our Regional Sales Manager in the Nordics!

Meet our Regional Sales Manager UK & Ireland. Since April 2023, Lydon has been a part of the Fieldpiece team. Before starting his career as a sales manager, Lydon worked as an HVACR engineer and used the Fieldpiece tools as an end-user; now he’s excited to share knowledge of the tools across the UK & Ireland. And his favorite thing about Fieldpiece? The durability and the innovation of the Fieldpiece tools.

Meet our Regional Sales Manager Iberia, Sergio Cepeda. He is a Mechanical Engineer with a strategic approach to business development and management of key accounts. Sales experience of 10 years within B2B commercial operations, primarily focused on general industry, mining, power generation, HVACR, fire protection and oil & gas. Read more about Sergio here.

Meet Murat, our Regional Sales Manager EMEA - Eastern Europe, Turkey, and Middle East. Joining the Fieldpiece team in 2015, Murat brings over a decade of experience in the HVAC tool market, showcasing his deep knowledge and expertise in the field. Covering a vast territory, Murat is fluent in English, Turkish, French, and Italian.

Meet our Digital Marketing Manager EMEA, Lotte van Rootseler. Lotte joined our family on February 1, 2022 as our Customer Service Specialist, and transitioned into her current role in May 2023. With a background in Hospitality and Customer Service, she brings 7,5 years of experience prioritizing customer satisfaction. Joining Fieldpiece when the team was small allowed her to explore various professional interests. Her studies led her to discover a passion for Online Marketing. She is enthusiastic to apply her problem-solving skills and thorough approach as Digital Marketing Manager for EMEA.

Meet our Regional Sales Manager EMEA - DACH, Ludwig Sedlmayr, covering the south region of Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Ludwig transitioned from Purchasing Manager to Sales Management in 2010, gaining valuable experience with a tool manufacturer. He prioritizes enhancing the customer experience by collaborating closely with distributors to solve problems, streamline workflows, and provide thorough product training. Excited to be part of Fieldpiece, Ludwig is here to help as the go-to contact for all your HVACR needs.

Our Regional Sales Manager EMEA - BENELUX, Joris Geesing, since May 2023. His expertise lies in integrating customer-oriented solutions, advising clients, and fostering long-term partnerships. Transitioning to Fieldpiece was a natural fit, offering him the challenge of working with innovative tools in a dynamic market. With a focus on high-quality products and client-driven development, Joris is passionate about growing brand awareness. As Regional Sales Manager for the Benelux, he's here to answer your questions and showcase why our tools are special.

Regional Sales Manager EMEA - FRANCE, Said Sakkaoui. Since June 2023, Said has been a part of the Fieldpiece team. He is responsible for sales of the Fieldpiece products, building relationships with distributors and customers alike, and maintaining customer contact in France!

Meet Romée Verheij, our Inside Sales Representative. Since September 2024, Romée has been part of the Fieldpiece team.
