We learned that from our founder, Rey Harju. We work hard to develop new products but we work just as hard to develop our people. Countless members of our team started working in our company right out of high school. We've always encouraged their continued growth and development through college degrees, ranging from physics to industrial engineering. On top of that, we're focused on keeping our workplace dynamic, progressive, and ambitious by encouraging our people to grow on their own too.
