Meet the team: Lisa

In August, it’s Lisa’s turn! Lisa Egberts has worked at Fieldpiece since May 2022 and is our marketing manager EMEA. What all is she responsible for?

Creating marketing strategies, managing budgets, overseeing the creation of marketing materials and content, increasing the brand awareness, and promoting Fieldpiece: just a handful of things that Lisa’s responsible for. Although it might seem like a lot at first glance, Lisa mentions she prefers the variety of her role. “My favorite part of my job is the people I work with, the variety of the job, and the freedom I get. Everything’s possible and no challenge is too big to take on. I love that mentality.”

That mentality is something Lisa really aligns with, and she lives by a motto very similar to this. “I always think you have to chase your dreams, no matter how big or impossible they might seem,” she mentions. This mindset of Lisa is something that fits well within Fieldpiece, and she has experienced a like-minded attitude all around Fieldpiece; an attitude where everyone in the team wants to develop, improve, and take on any challenge every day.

That challenge of building a brand in a new region is not an easy one, but it is what attracted Lisa to this position. “The speed and the way in which we grow is the most awesome thing I’ve ever seen,” she starts, “and even though we grow so fast, we don’t lose sight of things such as the quality of the tools or the team vibe. I think that’s really special,” Lisa adds.

The team vibe is what makes Lisa happy, and she contributes to the happy mood every single day at the office. “I love the hands-on mentality and the way we all have the same goals in mind and try to do everything we can to reach those goals,” she smiles. With her down-to-earth presence, Lisa just always knows what to say and when—whether that is to make the team laugh or when the team needs some encouragement, Lisa’s there with the right words.
