This is what your NEW job and responsibilities look like:
As Sales Manager DACH, you will travel to distributors and end users, build new and elevate existing relationships, collaborate with our commercial team, and participate in business and trade events. You’ll build out and motivate your team to reach their goals. You’ll coach them to improve their skills, provide regular feedback, and make sure everyone is aligned with the company’s core values. You’ll also focus on both the bigger picture and day-to-day tasks, balancing long-term strategies with immediate sales targets.
Clear communication is key. You’ll need to keep everyone on the same page, listen to your team’s ideas and concerns, and address any challenges that come up. You’ll help improve sales techniques, build strong customer relationships, and find solutions to opportunities.
