What skills are we looking for?
- You have at least 10 years of B2B sales experience in industrial goods, preferably in HVACR products or tools;
- You have at least 5 yeras experience leading or coaching a B2B sales team. Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding targets;
- You’re a fluent German speaker, with good command of English;
- You’re based in Germany and willing to travel frequently within the DACH region;
- Proven experience and success with a structured sales process, including use of a CRM system;
- Team player and analytical. Able to make decisions in uncertain situations;
- You’re structured, self-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
