This is what your NEW job and responsibilities look like:

As Sales Manager DACH, you’ll be responsible for driving sales growth across the region, managing key distribution and end-user relationships, and leading a small but growing commercial team.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Market Development: Build and expand our network of distributors, wholesalers, and end users.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and motivate a small team (initially 3-4 direct reports, with potential to grow), providing structured feedback and clear direction.
  • Strategic Sales Execution: Balance long-term market growth strategy with daily sales targets and results.
  • Customer Engagement: Visit customers regularly, represent Fieldpiece at trade shows and industry events, and ensure customer satisfaction at every stage.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the EMEA commercial team, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and execution of regional plans.
  • Operational Setup: Contribute to the setup and streamlining of operational processes as we grow our footprint in the DACH region.

What skills are we looking for?

  • You have at least 10 years of B2B sales experience in industrial goods, preferably in HVACR products or tools;
  • You have at least 5 yeras experience leading or coaching a B2B sales team. Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding targets;
  • You’re a fluent German speaker, with good command of English;
  • You’re based in Germany and willing to travel frequently within the DACH region;
  • Proven experience and success with a structured sales process, including use of a CRM system;
  • Team player and analytical. Able to make decisions in uncertain situations;
  • You’re structured, self-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
