You will be responsible for a variety of tasks to help raise brand awareness, increase sales, and create insights in the market.
Are you the Marketing Research and Communications Specialist we’re looking for?
We are looking for a new member of our marketing team. Working at the marketing department for Fieldpiece means that no day is the same. Your focus lies on market insights for Europe as a whole, as well as insights per region. Think about creating personas, determine on target groups and get more insights into how our products perform, per product and per region and what our position is compared to our competitors.
Working in a growing and rapidly developing organization, your job does not end there. You’ll also support your colleagues in the marketing department with communication material, targeting and advising on campaigns and overall strategy based on your insights.

Fieldpiece was founded in 1990 with one goal: “to make the life of every HVCAR professional in de field easier, faster and better”. Every HVACR professional needs the best tools possible and we are committed to deliver these tools. We know what techs in the field need, because we are in contact with them every day. There is no disconnection between the engineers in our building and the professionals in the field. Each new product or feature that we develop, is created because we know it will solve a problem the technicians confront every day.

We are looking for a Marketing Research and Communications Specialist who understands Fieldpiece’s vision, mission, and values. You will work in a dynamic, international team. Your workday is one with lots of varied activities. You are accurate, organized and have good communication skills. You plan proactively and take independent action to ensure that you can carry out your work as efficiently as possible.
As a Marketing Research and Communications Specialist, it is important that you know how to do research, how to make good analysis and how to best reach your target audience.

- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) or equivalent, two to three years of experience preferably in marketing or research, or equivalent combination of education and experience;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office;
- Commitment to excellence and high standards;
- Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow;
- Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm;
- Good Dutch and English written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong intercultural communication skills;
- Occasionally required to travel by plane/car.
