Your role

We are looking for a new Customer Service Specialist. You will be responsible for processing purchase orders, follow the logistic process of our external logistic partners and be responsible for complaint and repair handling. You are also the first point of contact for Fieldpiece's Authorized Service Centers. You are in direct contact with our distributors, end customers, representatives and of course our own international team. For this it is important that you have good English and preferably German communication skills. Knowledge of other languages is an advantage. You will work from our office in Doetinchem.
