Your key tasks and responsibilities:

  • Coordinate repairs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Daily communication and alignment with distributors, end users, authorized service centers, and colleagues around the world.
  • Spot commercial opportunities and actively contribute to improving processes.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with clear and timely communication.
  • Work closely with our international team.
  • Support order entry and related tasks.

What skills are we looking for?
  • Service-oriented mindset: You always put the customer first.
  • Commercial awareness: You can identify opportunities and turn them into actions.
  • Strong communication skills: You communicate confidently with customers and international partners in both Dutch and English. Knowledge of additional languages (especially German) is a plus.
  • Flexibility: You thrive in a fast-paced international environment.
  • Experience: Previous roles in customer service or similar positions are a bonus.

Location: Doetinchem
Hours: Full-time (40 hours; 32 hours negotiable)
