Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

This prize draw (the “Promotion”) is organised by Fieldpiece Instruments Europe B.V., with registered office at [registered address], [Chamber of Commerce / VAT number] (the “Promoter”).
The Promotion takes place at participating Pecomark stores. Pecomark acts as the participating retailer and host of the Fieldpiece Day and is not the organiser of the Promotion.

2. Promotional period and how to enter

• Entry is open to customers who purchase one or more Fieldpiece products to a combined value of at least EUR 200 (excluding VAT) in a single transaction.
• The qualifying purchase must be made on 11 June 2026, during the Fieldpiece Day, at a participating Pecomark store.
• Each qualifying transaction provides one entry into the draw. The proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) must be retained and presented to claim the prize.

No purchase made outside the date or location stated above qualifies for entry. Entry is free beyond the cost of the qualifying purchase; no separate entry fee applies.

3. Eligibility

To enter and to claim the prize, a participant must:

• Be 18 years of age or older at the date of entry.
• Hold a valid Spanish passport.
• Not be an employee, officer or agent of the Promoter or of Pecomark, nor an immediate family member of such a person, nor anyone otherwise professionally connected with the Promotion.

The Promoter may require proof of identity, age and passport validity before awarding the prize. If a participant cannot provide satisfactory proof, the Promoter may disqualify that participant and select an alternative winner.

4. The prize

The prize is one cruise for the winner. The winner may bring one guest, so the prize covers a maximum of two people in total; the winner may also choose to travel alone. The Promoter pays the cost of the cruise tickets only, up to a total maximum of EUR 3,000. This EUR 3,000 is a single combined limit covering both travellers, not an amount per person, and does not increase if the winner travels alone.

The following conditions apply to the prize:

• All other costs are the responsibility of the winner, including but not limited to flights, transfers, baggage, travel insurance, visas, excursions, onboard spending, gratuities, meals not included by the cruise operator, and any other personal expense.
• The cruise must be booked before 31 July 2026. If it is not booked by that date, the right to the prize lapses and no compensation is due.
• The Promoter pays the cruise operator directly. No cash sum is transferred to the winner. The prize has no cash alternative and is not exchangeable, in whole or in part, for cash or for any other goods or services. The EUR 3,000 is a maximum only. If the cost of the cruise tickets is less than EUR 3,000, the Promoter pays only the actual cost; the difference is not paid out to the winner and cannot be used towards any other cost or service.
• The prize is personal to the winner. It cannot be sold, auctioned, transferred, assigned or given to another person. The winner must take the cruise personally. Any guest is chosen by the winner and must also meet any requirements of the cruise operator. The total amount payable by the Promoter remains capped as set out above regardless of whether the winner travels alone or with a guest.
• The Promoter does not refund, compensate or replace the prize if the winner cancels the trip, fails to book within the period, fails to travel, or is unable to travel for any reason.

Choice of cruise, operator, route, cabin class and dates is subject to availability and to any limits set by the Promoter, and must fall within the maximum amount stated above. Any amount above that maximum is payable by the winner.

5. Selection of the winner

The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries. The draw will take place on 12/06/2026 at Fieldpiece headquarters. The draw is conducted jointly by the Promoter and Pecomark, with one representative of each present, and a short written record of the result is kept.

The winner will be notified by telephone or email within 2 days of the draw, using the contact details provided at entry. If the winner cannot be reached, or does not respond and confirm acceptance within 7 days of the first notification attempt, or does not meet the eligibility requirements, the Promoter may forfeit that entry and draw an alternative winner.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Promoter accepts no liability before, during or after the cruise, and in particular is not liable for:

• Any act, omission, default, insolvency, change, delay, cancellation, overbooking, schedule change, route change or failure of the cruise operator, any airline, or any other third-party supplier.
• Any cancellation, interruption, delay or change to the cruise or any related travel caused by circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, natural events, illness, epidemic or pandemic, strike or industrial action, mechanical or technical failure, port closure, government action, travel restriction, war, civil unrest or terrorism.
• Any loss, damage, injury, illness, additional cost or expense suffered by the winner or their guest before, during or after the cruise, however arising.
• Any loss arising from the winner or their guest failing to hold valid travel documents, failing to meet the requirements of the cruise operator or any authority, or being refused boarding or entry for any reason.

The Promoter’s sole obligation is to pay the cost of the cruise tickets up to the maximum amount stated in clause 4. Once that payment is made, the Promoter has no further obligation or liability in connection with the prize or the trip.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

7. Disqualification

The Promoter may exclude any participant from the Promotion, withhold a prize, or reclaim a prize already awarded, where the Promoter reasonably considers that the participant:

• Has not complied with these terms and conditions.
• Has provided false, inaccurate, incomplete or misleading information.
• Has tampered with the entry process, used fraudulent proof of purchase, or otherwise acted dishonestly or in bad faith.
• Has acted unlawfully, dishonestly or in bad faith in connection with the Promotion or the prize.

If a winner is disqualified after the draw, the Promoter may select an alternative winner from the remaining valid entries.

8. Cancellation or modification of the Promotion

The Promoter may cancel, suspend, shorten, extend or amend the Promotion, or substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value, where this is necessary for reasons outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, for legal or regulatory reasons, or where the Promotion cannot be carried out as planned. The Promoter will not do so to the unfair detriment of participants and will give notice where reasonably possible. No compensation is payable in these circumstances.

9. Tax

The prize is a prize in kind and may be subject to tax under Spanish law. The Promoter will account for any withholding (ingreso a cuenta) for which it is responsible as promoter. The winner is responsible for declaring the prize in their own personal income tax return as required by law.

10. Data protection

Personal data provided by participants is processed by Fieldpiece Instruments Europe B.V. as data controller for the purpose of administering the Promotion, contacting the winner and arranging the prize. The winner’s passport details are used only to book the cruise. Data is kept only as long as needed for these purposes and is not used for any other purpose without consent. 11. General

• Entry into the Promotion confirms acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
• These terms are governed by Spanish law, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of Barcelona.
• In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Spanish versions of these terms, the Spanish version prevails.
