Meet the team: Michele

In September, we're going to talk about Michele! Living in Germany-- but with an Italian heart and roots--, Michele works as Regional Sales Manager EMEA- DACH. Originally, Michele comes from the fashion industry, having worked for several high-end brands in sales. The HVACR industry was new to him when he started in January 2024, so we're curious to know what he thinks of his new adventure!

"Building a brand in the DACH region is what motivated me to come work for Fieldpiece," Michele explains. "The project of Fieldpiece, working for an upcoming brand in the HVACR industry, having to create brand awareness and introducing people to a way to do their job easier, faster, and better is what really spoke to me," he adds. The challenge of pushing a brand in the DACH region was welcomed, and accepted by Michele. His favorite part of his job is the traveling he gets to do on a daily basis. In his words, his car is his office.

And it's a good thing he likes to travel as much as he does. The perfect day at work would consist of a visit to a customer and a counter day, Michele particularly enjoys talking with the HVACR-engineers about the Fieldpiece tools and sharing how the tools can revolutionize their work. For Michele, these face-to-face interactions are invaluable. "I love talking with the engineers and technicians. They know their work inside out, and I get to show them how our tools can make their jobs not just easier but more precise and efficient," he explains.

Michele believes Fieldpiece’s greatest strength is its balanced approach. While having a wide range of products is super important, he thinks it's the team behind those tools that really makes the difference. Fieldpiece isn’t just about offering innovative tools; they’re dedicated to supporting the HVACR industry with great customer service as well, according to Michele. When asked what he's most excited for in the coming year at Fieldpiece, Michele says he’s looking forward to seeing how the company grows. "We’re like a family here, and I’m excited to see how big we’ll get and how much we can accomplish together."
