Sales Representative - North of France
Join Fieldpiece, an innovative player in the world of professional HVACR tools, as Regional Sales Manager for the Northern France region.
Your responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of clients (distributors, installers, etc.)
- Identify new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
- Follow a structured sales process: qualification, presentation, negotiation, closing
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase our technical solutions
- Represent Fieldpiece at trade shows, regional events, and training sessions
- Provide high-quality customer service with responsiveness and expertise
- Ensure regular follow-up via our CRM (reporting, pipeline, sales forecasts)
- Analyze the local market and share field feedback to inform our sales strategy
Your profile
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in B2B sales, ideally in the HVACR, tools, instrumentation, or technical products sectors
- Accustomed to working with distributors and achieving your goals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and business relationship development skills
- Ability to lead technical demonstrations in front of different audiences
- Autonomy, rigor, organizational skills, and strong results orientation
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written
- Comfortable with IT tools (Microsoft Office Suite, CRM; ERP is a plus)
- Mobility essential: frequent travel (up to 80%) within your area
