HVACR Technical Support & Repair Specialist

This is what your NEW job and responsibilities look like:

You’ll work in our Northampton office and use your field experience to help other HVACR professionals by troubleshooting product issues, repairing Fieldpiece tools, and ensuring every customer gets fast, expert support.  You’ll start by repairing the vacuum pump and recovery machines and expand into the whole range of products.  We anticipate roughly 70% support and 30% repairs as you start this new service in the UK.

You’ll have full training and support from our established US team, with a clear path to grow into a supervisory or management role as our UK operation expands. You're job looks like this:

• Provide technical phone and email support to HVACR technicians in the UK.
• Diagnose and repair vacuum pumps & recovery machines – add more HVAC tools in the future.
• Log and manage repair activity, including parts tracking, testing, and shipping.
• Maintain accurate documentation using MS Dynamics 365 (experience not required).
• Support sales and customer service teams with product knowledge and troubleshooting.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organised repair workspace.
• Occasionally attend training events, trade shows, and team meetings (up to 10% travel).
