Our Customer Service Specialist, Lonny, joined Fieldpiece bringing with her a background in International Hospitality Management. She gained experience in several 4-star hotels in Paris, where she last worked as Housekeeping Manager, before moving to the Netherlands to continue her career in customer service and sales support. Passionate about cultures, languages, and delivering great experiences, Lonny thrives in international environments and enjoys working closely with colleagues toward shared goals. She speaks Dutch, English, French, and German, and is dedicated to providing attentive and high-quality service to every customer.

She studied International Hospitality Management and gained experience in several 4-star hotels in Paris, finishing as Housekeeping Manager. Back in the Netherlands she worked in customer service and sales support, building her expertise in helping people.

Passionate about:

Cultures, languages (French has a special place in her heart), traveling, music, dancing, and singing. She’s happiest with good food (Asian and Indian are favorites), a great book, or surrounded by nature, family, and friends.

Dislikes:

Closed-mindedness, rudeness, discrimination and too much noise.

Would love to:

Travel the world, explore new places, learn languages and meet people. One of her dreams is to sing and perform in a musical or theater.
