Overview
Four reasons why you need the SM382VINT
1. Integrate with Job Link® tools
The wireless SM382VINT is the heart of every job as the Digital Manifold. All the Job Link® tools can be connected to the SM382VINT and with a 300m wireless range, you can find real-time, accurate measurements of all the Job Link® tools right on your Digital Manifold. Plus, you now have the option to connect a third JL3RH Psychrometer directly to the manifold. The on-board data logging feature streamlines your job and makes sure you can provide the customers with all the answers they need.
2. Support A1, A2L and A3 refrigerants
The SM382VINT has been designed to work with low GWP refrigerants and blends to comply with F-gas regulations. This high-tech Digital Manifold does not only help you do your work easier, faster, and better, but it also supports the environment.
3. Reliable, accurate, and personalized
Thanks to the temperature compensated system tightness test function, you never have to worry about inaccurate measurements when pressure testing a system. On top of that, the built in vacuum gauge provides you with all the vacuum related information you need to know. Plus, the SM382VINT is perfect for every technician with the language support of 12 total languages!
4. Heavy duty design
Robust and reliable. The improved manifold block with separated holders and ports for more durability, reinforced hook, an updated IP55 water resistance rating, and impact resistant light up screen ensure the SMAN® is able to withstand any conditions so you can keep doing your job easier, faster, and better.

Frequently asked questions
Cleaning the Sensors in the manifold over time is required, the pressure sensors inside the manifold may become contaminated with dirt, oil, and other contaminants in normal operational use. To do so, please follow the guide below:
- 1. Never use an object such as a cotton swab to clean the sensor, you may cause damage to the sensor.
- 2. Open all valves and cap all the ports except for the VAC port on the SM482VINT, or the central port on the SM382VINT.
- 3. Drop enough Isopropyl (rubbing) alcohol into the VAC/middle port using an eye dropper or funnel so that it can flush out contaminants.
- 4. Cap VAC/middle port and gently shake your Manifold upside down to clean sensor.
- 5. Turn right side up. Open a port to pour out the rubbing alcohol and open all ports to allow sensors to dry out. Drying usually takes about an hour. Repeat if necessary if issues persist.
