In October, Sergio is up! Our Regional Sales Manager EMEA- IBERIA represents the sales and brand awareness in Spain and Portugal. At Fieldpiece, our team is the core of everything we do, and Sergio is no exception. With a genuine passion for teaching and connecting with people, Sergio plays a crucial role in expanding our presence across Spain and Portugal.
Sergio believes that Fieldpiece’s biggest strength is staying true to its mission, not just in the products they create but in how the team approaches their work every day. He sees the company’s values—making things easier, faster, and better—reflected in everything they do. One of his favorite memories was his first visit to the Netherlands office. “That’s when I knew the tribe vibe was real,” he recalls. “It wasn’t just something they mentioned during the interview process—it’s a genuine part of the company culture, and that’s exactly what I was looking for.” Of course, he loves the tools as well; a true win-win situation for Sergio.
One of Sergio’s favorite tools to talk about is the vacuum pump, a product he enjoys explaining in detail to customers. “I love going over the tips and tricks of using the vacuum pump, especially when it comes to vacuum hoses and VCRT’s as part of a vacuum kit,” he shares. His enthusiasm for teaching these technical aspects helps customers not only understand the product but also feel confident using it.
Looking ahead, Sergio is excited about the future and the opportunities that lie ahead for both him and Fieldpiece. He’s focused on helping the company achieve its goals in Europe, and he’s eager to continue building strong relationships with customers and partners. “Every day is a chance to learn something new,” he says. “I can’t wait to see where this journey takes us.”
His excitement for sharing knowledge and connecting with customers is evident in every interaction. Sergio finds joy in teaching, making complex concepts accessible, and creating a sense of community with his coworkers. This positive attitude not only inspires his teammates but also creates a welcoming environment for everyone he meets, making them feel valued and excited to be part of the Fieldpiece family.
