As the Regional Sales Manager for the Nordics Region, your main objectives will include achieving sales targets, expanding our market share, and strengthening our brand presence. You'll be the driving force behind proposing initiatives to enhance sales processes, providing training to HVACR professionals, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
