In our Meet the Team special, we want to show you who is behind the brand of Fieldpiece EMEA. Every month, we will highlight one of our Fieldpiece members for you to get to know better.
This month, we’re turning to Scandinavia as we introduce our Regional Sales Manager EMEA – Nordics. Kim Lindfalk joined Fieldpiece in May 2024 and has felt right at home ever since. From the very beginning, he was drawn to the family-like atmosphere that defines the team. “It’s not just about working together; it’s about a family mindset that is truly unique,” Kim explained. And with Kim’s sincere intentions for genuine connections, he fits right in the team.
Those connections that Kim loves developing are an important part of his job. As he travels all around Scandinavia, he enjoys the opportunity to meet people from different cultures and backgrounds. Kim’s perfect day —as our coffee connoisseur-- would consist of a freshly brewed espresso (or two) in the morning, some time to catch up on administrative work and e-mails, and the whole afternoon booked with appointments with end-users and distributors. Fortunately, almost every day he gets to spend doing what he likes most: making others just as excited about the Fieldpiece tools as he is.
When it comes to Fieldpiece products, Kim has a couple of favorites: the MR45 recovery machine and the VPX7 vacuum pump. He’s seen firsthand how these tools save technicians time and effort, and he’s particularly impressed with the RunQuick® Oil Change system that’s included with the Vacuum Pumps—a feature that sets these products apart from the competition.
What drew Kim to Fieldpiece was the strong sense of belonging, shared purpose, and the unique culture that sets the company apart. What Kim brings to Fieldpiece is just as impactful—his heartfelt dedication, genuine interest in everyone, and devotion to his passions. This dedication runs deep in every part of his life: from the time he spends dirtbiking with his kid, to the home he built with his own hands, to the values that guide him to make the right decisions every day. And when it comes to the Fieldpiece team, Kim’s commitment and enthusiasm help drive us forward, making our journey even more rewarding.
