You enjoy being on the road, achieve sales quotas, targets and feel satisfied when your efforts lead to market share growth. You’re honest, educated and experienced and can work both independently as well as in a team. Since you’ll be operating in France, we expect you to have good French and English communication skills. You’ll be reporting to the Sales Director at the Fieldpiece Office in Doetinchem, the Netherlands.

Fieldpiece was founded in 1990 with one goal: “to make the life of every HVCAR professional in de field better, easier and faster”. Every HVACR professional needs the best tools possible and we are committed to deliver these tools. We know what techs in the field need, because we are in contact with them every day. There is no disconnection between the engineers in our building and the professionals in the field. Each new product or feature that we develop, is created because we know it will solve a problem the technicians confront every day.

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager France that understands the vision, mission and values of our company. You proactively plan and taking independent action to ensure all regions achieve sales quotas, targets and market share growth. You travel to visit distributors, train counter salespeople and grow Right Stuff coverage at the branch level. You also ensure SKU penetrations at all distributors by region are being achieved, you propose action to improve effectiveness of sales processes to positively affect overall sales results and customer satisfaction. Of course, you ensure that all Fieldpiece products, marketing and related displays and representations meet the Fieldpiece quality and service standards and all with the focus on Fieldpiece’s culture and values.


As a Regional Sales Manager, you’ll be travelling to retail locations, act as a corporate liaison, attend and participate in business/trade events and strategic sales meetings. And visit and train contractors, technicians and distributors on Fieldpiece products with the intent to convert this to sales. This means you’ll be travelling 50% of the time. Needless to say, you’ll be in close contact with the field and respond to all inquiries and requests and answer client questions about, for example, credit terms, products, prices and availability.
