Your Role
As the Regional Sales Manager for France, your primary objectives will be achieving sales targets, expanding our market presence, and strengthening our brand. You'll play a crucial role in suggesting strategies to enhance sales processes, conducting training for HVACR professionals, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
Your day-to-day activities will involve business trips to collaborate with distributors, organizing product training sessions, and participating in exhibitions. Building and nurturing customer relationships will be central to your responsibilities, both with existing clients and in establishing new connections. Your focus will be on driving sales growth in your region while forming and maintaining lasting relationships.
Knowing the latest trends in the industry and understanding how we can best help the HVACR technician also means that you will have a lot of personal contact with the HVACR professionals. For those that enjoy spending time on the road and in the field, this is the perfect job! About 50% of your time will be spent on the road, visiting end users and distributors to show them how Fieldpiece will make their lives easier, faster, and better.
