Online Marketer

You’re analytical, hands-on, and motivated by performance. You get excited when a campaign converts, when an audience responds, and when an optimization truly pays off. At Fieldpiece Europe, you’ll have the freedom to strengthen our online presence and make sure our message reaches the right people, at the right time, in the right places—across EMEA. You’ll run campaigns tailored to different countries and audiences, always testing, learning, and fine-tuning strategies to fit local markets. In a small team like ours, your work won’t get lost—you’ll have real responsibility and the chance to make things happen.

What skills are we looking for?
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and SEO/SEA
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, A/B testing, and conversion tracking
- A proactive mindset and a hands-on approach focused on measurable growth
- Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English
- Comfortable working in an international environment and adapting strategies to different markets
- A data-driven thinker who also understands branding
- Curious and eager to keep learning—you’re always looking for a better way
