This is what your NEW job and responsibilities look like:
We’re on the hunt for a new Customer Service Specialist! In this role, you’ll handle purchase orders, keep track of our external logistics partners, and manage complaints and repairs. You’ll be the go-to person for our Authorized Service Centers and will interact directly with distributors, customers, representatives, and our international team. Strong English skills are a must, and knowing German is a big plus—if you speak other languages, even better! You’ll be working out of our office in Doetinchem. If this sounds like the perfect fit for you, we want to hear from you!
