Regional Sales Manager Iberia

Your main goals will be hitting sales targets, growing our market share, and boosting our brand presence in Iberia. You'll also be suggesting ways to improve sales processes and training other HVACR professionals on our tools, all while keeping our customers happy and satisfied.

Your Role


Your main goals will be hitting sales targets, growing our market share, and boosting our brand presence in Iberia. You'll also be suggesting ways to improve sales processes and training other HVACR professionals on our tools, all while keeping our customers happy and satisfied.


What You'll Do


As the Regional Sales Manager in the Iberia region, you'll be on the move—trips to distributors, product training sessions, and exhibitions. Building and maintaining relationships with customers, old and new, is a big part of the job. You'll be all about increasing sales in your region while building those long-term and meaningful connections. About 50% of your time will be spent on the road, visiting end users and distributors to show them how Fieldpiece will make their lives easier, faster, and better.
