With this accreditation, all businesses that “install, maintain or service heating, air-conditioning and refrigeration units that do or could contain F-gas refrigerants” show that they’re certified to work with these gasses.

Now what is so important about these F-gas regulations? The goal of the F-gas regulations is to contain and bring down emissions. This goal is met through the use of responsible refrigeration that doesn't damage the atmospheric ozone layer.
